Ingredients for 2 servings

  • 100 grams of oat flakes
  • 56 g Whey Protein Natural (2 measuring spoons)
  • 0.25L water
  • 0.25 liters of milk
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Cinnamon, to taste

    Toppings:
  • 1 orange
  • 1 handful of raspberries or 1 passion fruit

preparation

  1. Put the oats, milk and water in a pan and bring to the boil over medium heat. Stirring occasionally.
  2. Remove the pan from the heat and mix in the Whey Protein Natural and cinnamon. Add a little water or milk if desired.
  3. Pour into plates, add toppings and enjoy warm.
