Ingredients for 2 servings
- 100 grams of oat flakes
- 56 g Whey Protein Natural (2 measuring spoons)
- 0.25L water
- 0.25 liters of milk
- 1 tbsp honey
- Cinnamon, to taste
Toppings: - 1 orange
- 1 handful of raspberries or 1 passion fruit
preparation
- Put the oats, milk and water in a pan and bring to the boil over medium heat. Stirring occasionally.
- Remove the pan from the heat and mix in the Whey Protein Natural and cinnamon. Add a little water or milk if desired.
- Pour into plates, add toppings and enjoy warm.
