Ingredients for 1 banana bread
- 2 bananas
- 100 g ground or mixed oat flakes
- 2 eggs
- 28 g Whey Protein Natural (1 measuring spoon)
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp mineral water
- Cinnamon, to taste
This is how it's prepared
- In a large bowl, mash the bananas with a fork.
- Add the oat flakes, eggs, salt, Whey Protein Natural and stir.
- Add baking soda and mineral water and mix. Let the mixture stand for 5-10 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 180° bottom/top heat.
- Pour the mixture into a baking pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Enjoy warm or cold. Optionally with a little salt or peanut butter.
