Ingredients for 1 banana bread

  • 2 bananas
  • 100 g ground or mixed oat flakes
  • 2 eggs
  • 28 g Whey Protein Natural (1 measuring spoon)
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp mineral water
  • Cinnamon, to taste

This is how it's prepared

  1. In a large bowl, mash the bananas with a fork.
  2. Add the oat flakes, eggs, salt, Whey Protein Natural and stir.
  3. Add baking soda and mineral water and mix. Let the mixture stand for 5-10 minutes.
  4. Preheat oven to 180° bottom/top heat.
  5. Pour the mixture into a baking pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  6. Enjoy warm or cold. Optionally with a little salt or peanut butter.
