Ingredients for 2 servings
- 100 g oat flakes
- 1 large zucchini
- 100g cottage cheese
- 2 eggs
- 2 scoops (56 g) Whey Protein Natural
- salt and pepper
- 250 g low-fat quark
- 1 clove of garlic
This is how it's prepared
- Grate the zucchini or cut it very finely into cubes
- Mix the grated zucchini together with eggs, oat flakes, cottage cheese, Whey Protein Natural , salt and pepper well in a bowl.
- Crowd Portion like small pancakes and slowly fry in a frying pan preheated with a little rapeseed or coconut oil Fry until golden brown on both sides.
- For the quark dip, press the garlic clove into the quark, add a little salt, stir and you're done.
