Ingredients for 2 servings

  • 100 g oat flakes
  • 1 large zucchini
  • 100g cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 scoops (56 g) Whey Protein Natural
  • salt and pepper
  • 250 g low-fat quark
  • 1 clove of garlic

This is how it's prepared

  1. Grate the zucchini or cut it very finely into cubes
  2. Mix the grated zucchini together with eggs, oat flakes, cottage cheese, Whey Protein Natural , salt and pepper well in a bowl.
  3. Crowd Portion like small pancakes and slowly fry in a frying pan preheated with a little rapeseed or coconut oil Fry until golden brown on both sides.
