Ingredients for 1 cake
- 3 ripe bananas
- 3 eggs
- 30 g whey protein chocolate (1.5 scoops)
- 1/2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1.5 tsp baking powder
- Dark bitter chocolate, as needed
This is how it's prepared
- Put all the ingredients, except the dark chocolate, in a blender and mix well.
- Place in a cake tin and bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes (top and bottom heat, no fan).
- Melt dark chocolate in a water bath and apply a thin layer to the still warm cake.
- Let cool in the fridge and enjoy.
The cake tastes delicious even without dark chocolate!
