Ingredients for 1 cake

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 3 eggs
  • 30 g whey protein chocolate (1.5 scoops)
  • 1/2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1.5 tsp baking powder
  • Dark bitter chocolate, as needed

    This is how it's prepared

    1. Put all the ingredients, except the dark chocolate, in a blender and mix well.
    2. Place in a cake tin and bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes (top and bottom heat, no fan).
    3. Melt dark chocolate in a water bath and apply a thin layer to the still warm cake.
    4. Let cool in the fridge and enjoy.

    The cake tastes delicious even without dark chocolate!
